S-15 Std Trans and Bell Housing Removal - Part1

Step 1 - remove the drive shaft from the axel and transmission. This is the first step in removing the T-5 Tremec transmission and bell housing where the clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing are located. This has been a good little truck and no car payment for the past six years - that's right six years. All of this work can be done with standard ratchet and sock set, a pair of drive up ramps or Jack and Jack Stands. You'll also need a fairly good size floor jack to support the transmission when the supports come off. That's it.
